Outdoor Wednesday

Porto

Today I decided to post a view of the Porto (Oporto), taken by train, in the brige, last summer.

I loved seeing this picture. I like to take pictures from a car or train, too!

Happy Outdoor Wednesday...

I was intrigued by this photo to look it up because it looked familiar. I was taking an Art History Class last fall and remember studying the Baroque Style and one of the pictures we saw was that of the tower that stands tall in the back of this picture.Torre Dos Clerigos or the Tower of Clergies built in the 1700's. This was one of my favorites. Thanks for sharing this photo.

I've done quite a bit of traveling; but I've never been to Portugal. Perhaps I'll make it there sometime. Thanks for sharing your photo.

Thank you for showing us this glimpse from a train. I adore traveling by train and catching a quick peek at a village, or a copse, or a church.

All the best, Lana @ Showers of Blessings

Great pictures! Thanks for sharing, and I've got an award for you.

Did you hear that the Pope is visiting Angola in October?! I thought about you when I saw this.
