The day before we had lamb so, with the leftovers, he put in a kind of stew, everything well cut, inside the pot and then put some sliced potatoes on top and seasoned it. Doesn't look already nice?
Put it in the oven to cook the potatoes and voilà.
And what about some oranges for desert?
They look so nice.
Another thing I want to show you is these lovely eggs. My husband bought them in a kind of farm shop we have here. They were so big and when he opened it here they came two yolks in one shell. I didn't see one of those for ages!
For Show and Tell Friday, at Kelli's.

Everything looks so delicious. Ya, I haven't seen a double egg yolk egg in years...since being on my grandmother's farm.
Excellent show n tell. Mine's posted, I do hope you can stop by and visit with me sometime today. Happy Friday.
I love your photos. Everything looks delicious.
The hot pot looks delicious! A good old Lancashire dish; Lancashire Hot Pot! How cool a double yolk. I had an egg a while ago that had no yolk. :)
We have had a couple of double yolks from our chickens. It has been so hot this week the egg count is dropping now.
That looks delicious. What a good cook your husband must be! It is a dish that my Lancashire grandmother used to make, we all loved it so much, very comforting.
Looks wonderful! Years ago I had a dozen eggs and 11 out of the twelve had double yolks. How weird is that?
Everything looks delicious! Love the photos you took of your cooking, or your husband's!!!
