Show and Tell Friday

A corner of my kitchen

In this Friday Show and Tell I will show you a corner of my kitchen.
It’s one of the most used bit of the kitchen because my husband is always going there to put the kettle on.

When we married, we had a traditional one, not electric, that had a wistle when the water was boiling. Later, he bought me an electric one, a rather traditional looking one. Then, the years went by and it was in urgent need of being replaced and he bought this one.

My new kettle

Another thing in the corner is the two piece to put the wooden spoon in – and other things – and the china spoon to rest the wooden one that we are using when we are cooking.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the two teapots, inseparable companions of the kettle.

For Kelli’s Show and Tell Friday.

Your kitchen is spotless, I must go and give mine a clean. I love the two teapots, great colours together.

You know, I've been wanting an electric kettle for ages, and have yet to get one. Seeing how gleaming and shiny your kettle is has got me wanting to run to the kitchen and polish up my regular old stovetop kettle...I'd be embarrassed to post a photo of it as it is! I love the little companion teapots too...so cute. :-)

Thanks for sharing a corner of your kitchen with us. I love the traditional teapots that have a whistle. My BF gave me one as a wedding gift and I love it!

That is the neatest little corner--I love the wheat canister and spoon holder and your tea pots are just precious, especially since your hubby got them for you:)

É muito bacana ver cantinhos das casas das pessoas. Às vezes parece que a gente está espiando pela janela, mas com consentimento!! ;-)
